Seasonal Client Advisor

We are currently seeking a Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan La Rinascente store. The Client Advisor is entrusted with the mission to advise clients on collections and shares their passion for the brand in order to build strong relationships with them and to create joyful, personalized, and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on collections and share passion for the brand to build strong relationships and create joyful, personalized, memorable experiences; Finalize sales targets achievements in line with Company strategy; Efficiently manage time to accomplish assigned tasks; Represent Bottega Veneta brand image; Create an engaging and emotional client experience offering best-in-class service; Collect and update client information to ensure efficient use of CRM; Embrace clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationships with clients; Understand luxury, collections and fashion trends; Confidently advise clients on styling pieces; Keep stock tidy, monitor stock deliveries and availabilities; Know and apply company policies, procedures and guidelines

Requirements

Previous Sales experience of 1-2 years; Excellent client service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to several types of Clients; Excellent communication and emphatic skills; Good team player; Multitasking, flexible; Capacity to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment and able to build a strong and diversified client portfolio; Fluency in English is mandatory
