Security Dispatcher

Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Dispatcher to work at an Industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist employees and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner; Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building; Identify all employees and/or visitors upon arrival; Monitor CCTV camera systems within the facility; Dispatch Patrol Officers to locations; Answer regular phones and emergency phones; Monitor alarm panels; Respond to incidents including property emergencies; Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages; Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty; Other duties as needed

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Must have a valid driver's license; High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time; Able to obtain an Ohio guard card; Ability to obtain a TWIC Card; Ohio Guard Card

Nice to have

Previous experience in security dispatching; NRC Certification
