Security Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Security Project Manager with strong expertise in Corporate Security Transformation and Enterprise Security Risk Management to lead and coordinate several strategic security projects within a demanding international environment. The successful candidate will work on complex, cross-functional projects covering several key security areas, including: Access Control, Physical Security, Insider Threat, Counter-Intelligence, Information Protection, Security Governance, Security Compliance, Enterprise Security Risk Management.

Responsibilities

Leading and coordinating several strategic security projects simultaneously; Managing project scope, planning, budget, risks, issues and reporting; Coordinating a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, security teams, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities and external partners; Ensuring strong project governance and preparing executive reporting and presentations; Identifying risks, dependencies and potential blockers and implementing mitigation plans; Supporting corporate security transformation initiatives; Contributing to the continuous improvement of security governance, resilience and risk management programmes; Ensuring alignment between operational security requirements and business objectives

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in project management; Demonstrable experience delivering projects related to Corporate Security, Physical Security, Security Governance, Security Risk Management, Resilience, Information Protection, Security Transformation Programmes; Comfortable operating in complex international organisations and interacting with senior stakeholders; Fluent English mandatory, both written and spoken; Excellent organisational and project management skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; Ability to engage and influence senior leadership; Diplomacy, discretion and professional judgement; Ability to operate within sensitive environments; Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure; Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Autonomous, collaborative and results-driven mindset; Excellent writing and presentation skills

10 years or more in senior project delivery roles within international environments
