Responsibilities

Design and implement Semarchy xDM data models aligned with business needs; Configure business rules, validations, and enrichment logic; Implement and optimize matching rules , duplicate detection , and merge strategies; Define and manage survivorship rules for accurate golden record creation; Manage merge and unmerge processes while ensuring data traceability; Design and maintain workflows for data governance and stewardship; Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements; Participate in unit testing, defect fixing, and documentation

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Semarchy xDM; Deep understanding of matching processes, survivorship, and golden record management; Experience handling duplicate management and merging strategies; Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
