Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries and requests from the clients and address their needs.; Generate progress reports for clients and management.; Responsible for the accrual collection, renewal, and upselling.; Communicate with the clients to understand their needs and explain product value.; Build excellent relationships with clients based on trust and respect.; Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.; Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.; Responsible for onboarding new clients and developing existing client relationships.; Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.; 2 - 4 years of experience as an Account Manager.; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.; Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.; Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
