Senior Account Manager

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who will lead key client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving performance, growth, and continuous improvement across the account.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact; Ensure operational excellence across services, meeting KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements; Identify opportunities for contract growth, innovation, and service improvement; Manage and support operational teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture; Deliver financial performance in line with budgets, including forecasting and cost control

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior account management or client-facing leadership role; Proven experience within the Water/Legionella industry; Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance and growth; Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; Full UK Driving License

Nice to have

Experience using CRM systems such as Gold-Vision/Salesforce
