Senior Accountant

We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to help scale our accounting function. You’ll play a critical role in our close and reporting processes, partnering closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and decision-useful financial information. This is a senior, high-impact role with real ownership. You’ll own key accounting areas, improve processes and controls, and help build a scalable, audit-ready accounting foundation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own and support key aspects of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis; Manage assigned operational accounting areas (e.g., cash, accruals, payroll, capitalized commissions, fixed assets, or revenue-related balances); Prepare financial analyses and reporting packages for Finance leadership and FP&A; Partner with FP&A to ensure alignment between accounting results, forecasts, and business drivers; Improve and automate close processes, internal controls, and reporting workflows; Maintain compliance with global tax requirements, including indirect tax, direct tax, and transfer pricing; Support audit and review processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries; Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

6+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth or dynamic environments; Experience from a technology or start-up environment; Previous experience with IFRS or K3, and with multi-entity structures and consolidation; Hands-on experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting; Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning work end to end; Strong communicator who collaborates well across Finance and the business

Nice to have

Big 4 or high-growth technology company experience; CPA or other accounting certification; Experience with NetSuite, FloQast, or similar tools; Exposure to revenue or product accounting; Interest in automation, systems, and AI-enabled workflows
