Senior AI-Native Product Engineer, Full Stack

The Touring Buyer Experience (TBEX) team owns the end-to-end touring experience across web, iOS, and Android. This is not a standard Senior Software Development Engineer role. We're looking for a mobile product builder who can take an ambiguous idea and turn it into a shipped, instrumented, and continuously improving customer experience. In this role, you'll partner closely with product, design, and engineering peers to shape solutions, build across mobile and supporting services when needed, and use AI-assisted tools as part of day-to-day development while remaining accountable for quality, correctness, customer experience, and results.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end touring experience across web, iOS, and Android; Take ambiguous ideas and turn them into shipped, instrumented, and continuously improving customer experiences; Partner closely with product, design, and engineering peers to shape solutions; Build across mobile and supporting services when needed; Use AI-assisted tools as part of day-to-day development; Remain accountable for quality, correctness, customer experience, and results; Participate in on-call and cross-stack ownership

Requirements

Significant experience building and shipping production mobile applications on iOS and/or Android; Comfortable working across the stack, including mobile clients, APIs, services, and data considerations, when needed; Experience supporting production systems, participating in on-call rotations, and using observability and operational signals to guide improvements; Track record of owning features end to end, from ambiguous problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration; Strong technical, product, and business judgment, connecting engineering decisions to customer and company impact; Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners and clear written/verbal communication in asynchronous environments; Depth in one mobile platform and working familiarity with the other, with ability to reason about cross-platform experiences and backend-connected issues; Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining accountability for quality, correctness, and customer experience; Teleworkers must work from a physical location of choice identified to the Company; Employees may live anywhere in Mexico, with availability to travel to Mexico City
