Senior Analyst, Transformation

Xplor is building a high-impact Transformation team to drive strategic change across the business. As Analyst / Senior Analyst, Transformation, you will play a role owning the analysis and executing discrete workstreams — spanning business integration, systems and process modernization, and the practical application of AI across customer-facing functions. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will help bring structure, rigor, and momentum to work that is foundational to Xplor's next phase of growth. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with the potential for extension. The Transformation team is designed as a proving ground: our hope and intent is that, at the end of the term, you'll move into a functional leadership role elsewhere in the business. A core thread of this role is helping shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work at Xplor — rethinking how customer support, customer success, and sales operate in an AI-enabled world.

Responsibilities

Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes; Lead the transformation agenda for one or more assigned business functions; Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define future-state solutions, and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans; Recommend project design, priorities, resources, vendors, and implementation approaches to the Chief Transformation Officer; Define project scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, success measures, and governance; Lead internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contracted teams while maintaining accountability for delivery; Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models in partnership with internal and external teams; Develop financial models, business cases, data analyses, and performance measures to guide decisions and evaluate results; Identify risks, organizational impacts, and delivery barriers early, working across functions to resolve them; Prepare clear progress updates and recommendations for the Chief Transformation Officer, CEO, and senior leadership; Help shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work at Xplor

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role; Track record of taking ownership of workstreams within larger cross-functional programmes; Project management: able to structure and drive complex initiatives with multiple moving parts; Financial modelling: comfortable building and interrogating models to support business decisions; Change management: skilled at helping organisations adopt new ways of working; Stakeholder management: able to influence and align across all levels of the organisation; Problem solving: strong, structured analytical thinking under ambiguity; Collaborative, low-ego operator who builds trust quickly; Comfortable working across strategic and detailed execution levels; Able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and frontline teams alike; Full working rights for the UK/region; Legally authorized to work in the country applying for
