Senior Analytics Consultant

The Senior Analytics Consultant is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving measurable customer value through advanced and predictive analytics at Unite Us. This role serves as a trusted analytics advisor to customers and collaborates closely with Product Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success teams. As a hands-on expert, the Senior Analytics Consultant leads complex customer engagements, supports predictive analytics implementations, and translates advanced analytical outputs into actionable insights that improve decision-making and outcomes. This role plays a critical part in shaping analytics strategy and advancing analytics maturity for Unite Us customers — without formal people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary analytics consultant for selected, priority customers; Guide customers in leveraging Unite Us’ analytics and predictive capabilities; Partner with Customer Success leaders to align analytics goals and success criteria; Lead development and execution of customer-specific analytics strategies; Shape program design and evaluation approaches; Gather and translate business requirements for custom data solutions; Support predictive analytics implementations, adoption, and long-term engagement; Act as a predictive analytics subject matter expert in customer engagements; Evaluate customer data readiness and communicate modeling requirements; Lead executive- and customer-facing discussions; Advise customers on analytics best practices; Identify risks, barriers, and emerging customer needs; Act as an escalation point for complex analytics and predictive modeling customer needs; Support cross-functional initiatives; Track analytics adoption and impact; Contribute to the development of analytics best practices; Share learnings and informally mentor other analysts

Requirements

3-5+ years of professional experience in predictive analytics, analytics consulting, or advanced data-driven strategy roles; 3+ years of experience working with social care, population health, or other SDoH datasets; Practical experience in public health, Medicaid policy, and/or healthcare delivery, applying data and analytics to inform program strategy, measurement, and outcomes; Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles involving strategic solution implementation and long-term customer partnership; Strong background in predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical methods; Significant experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms; Proficiency with SQL to support advanced analytics and predictive modeling solutions; Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences; Demonstrated executive presence and experience facilitating discussions with senior leaders, effectively navigating competing priorities and communicating complex analytical concepts with clarity and confidence; Experience using AI-assisted tools to enhance analytics workflows, including validating analytical outputs, troubleshooting issues, and improving the efficiency and quality of data analyses; Familiarity with enterprise software environments (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Excel); Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Health Policy, or a related field with a strong quantitative/analytics focus required

Preferred experience working with Medical & Rx Claims datasets and medical economics analyses; Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) preferred
