Senior Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our collaborative and impact-driven Data & Analytics team. You will act as a senior strategic partner to the business, bridging the gap between deep technical modeling and business strategy to power how Dashlane makes decisions. You will be a key driver in transforming our team from a reactive support function into a proactive, strategic powerhouse. Your work will directly shape how Dashlane measures success, from building out robust, AI-ready data foundations to delivering actionable insights that directly impact our bottom line. You will tackle complex data architecture problems, empower the organisation through self-service, and act as a force multiplier by mentoring peers and upskilling stakeholders. Responsibilities

Build & own complex data models within the dbt-powered Unified Data Model; Drive proactive business impact as a consultative partner to Product, Go-to-Market, and business teams; Champion self-service analytics and upskill stakeholders; Pioneer AI data agents and automation for reporting and alerting; Elevate data governance and mentor more junior engineers

Requirements

5+ years of experience in an Analytics Engineering position or equivalent role; Expert in SQL and dbt with deep, hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining complex data models in a production environment; Strong strategic business acumen and deep understanding of the B2B SaaS engine, including ARR, NRR, churn, and product-led growth; Highly consultative stakeholder management skills; AI Champion fluent with AI coding platforms such as Claude Code and demonstrated experience integrating modern GenAI tooling into daily analytics workflows; Thrive in an autonomous, high-exposure environment with strong curiosity for complex data puzzles; Fluent in English, verbal and written
