As Senior Associate, Social the successful candidate will rapidly develop their knowledge of paid advertising across all the key social channels, from activation through to reporting. They will also learn how to work as part of a team that plan & deliver award-winning work in a busy agency environment that has training + development at its core.

Responsibilities

End-to-end set up of paid social campaigns across relevant social platforms; Undertaking regular QA checks to ensure campaigns meet best practice standards; Monitoring campaign performance and pacing, troubleshooting and optimising campaigns; Producing detailed and accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports in Microsoft Excel; Writing performance commentary with insight and recommendations to clients; Assisting with detailed analysis including end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly/annual reviews, and standalone projects; Working closely with line-manager and wider team to support delivery of high-quality work; Working with partners and attending platform training sessions; Managing workload and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders; Attending internal meetings and training sessions; Following mandatory agency finance processes

Requirements

Passionate about starting a career in digital marketing and paid social; Eagerness to learn; Diligent and attentive to detail; Able to listen, learn new skills, and put them into practice quickly; Interest in how digital advertising/marketing works, especially on social media channels; Computer literate with a good base of Microsoft Office skills including Excel; Confidence with numbers; Collaborative, friendly, and can-do attitude; Right to work in the UK
