Senior Civil Technician

Responsibilities

Produce civil drawings and models for drainage, levels, earthworks and highways; Work closely with civil engineers to translate design intent; Coordinate civil information with structural, architectural and other disciplines; Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues; Review and check drawings and models produced by others; Support BIM and digital workflows; Mentor junior technicians

Requirements

Strong experience as a Civil Technician within consultancy; Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; Solid understanding of drainage, earthworks and highways detailing; Strong attention to detail and organisational skills; Relevant technical qualification (HNC/HND/BTEC or similar)
