Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day asset management and leasing activities.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data in the designated system.; Prepare and post lease-related journal entries in accordance with accounting standards US GAAP/ IFRS/Local GAAP.; Calculate ROUA & lease liability valuation for manual leases.; Perform monthly closing activities related to leases, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.; Prepare and analyze lease-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.; Ensure compliance with relevant lease accounting standards (IFRS 16/ASC 842/Local GAAP); Collaborate with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary lease information.; Assist with audits and provide documentation as required.; Prior experience of working on SAP S4/ECC or a large ERP platform (Optional); Expert in advanced Excel and workflow automation to streamline process

Requirements

Experience range 1-3 Years; Graduation in Finance (CA/CMA/ACCA preferred); Financial Accounting knowledge - 50%; Account Reconciliations - 20%; Working in an ERP environment- 20%; Communication skills- 10%
