Senior Data Analyst

Lottie is building the AI operating system for social care. Families find care through our marketplace, and providers run their business on Found, with Eliza, our AI agent, handling their family calls and chats. That's a lot of data, and using it well is how we transform care. We're hiring a commercially-minded Senior Data Analyst to partner with Commercial, Finance and Product. You'll learn how our marketplace works and use analytics to shape our strategy, from partner acquisition to board reporting. We're a lean team with big ambitions. You'll help define how Lottie creates value from its data, with AI as a default way of working.

Responsibilities

Ship the full stack of analytics: pipelines, dashboards, experiments and stakeholder narratives; Build AI into how the team works, including prompt workflows, AI-assisted analysis in Hex, faster iteration in Metabase, and automation; Coach colleagues so self-serve means people using AI and Metabase confidently; Back strategy with data by working with leadership on commercial questions; Drive commercial growth through data using BigQuery and Hex to spot acquisition opportunities; Unlock product intelligence by uncovering how care providers use the platform and using experiments to understand cause and effect; Enable financial excellence and board-level insights by working with Finance on processes, accuracy and board reporting; Turn ad hoc requests into self-serve dashboards

Requirements

4+ years in data analytics; Technically strong and fast-moving, with strong SQL skills to review, question and fix query output; Commercially-minded, with the ability to understand business context and identify opportunities that drive action; AI-fluent in practice, using tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or Hex AI in day-to-day analytics; Exceptional problem-solver with a proactive mindset; Compelling communicator with proven experience influencing diverse stakeholders; Analytically rigorous, with numerical and statistical aptitude; Ability to pick up how a business works quickly

Nice to have

Marketplace or GTM experience; B2B, B2C or consultancy backgrounds; Experience with BigQuery, Dataform, Metabase and Hex
