Senior Delivery Manager

Part of the Customer Success Team, reporting to the Head of Delivery. The role uses stakeholder management experience to support customer engagement and growth, and predominantly project management expertise to manage internal and external resources so that initial deployments are successful and set up with appropriate governance and benefit measures in place. The role is aligned to hub locations (London / Remote), with applications also welcomed from outside these locations.

Responsibilities

Ensure your team follows internal delivery best practices; Effectively communicate across technical and non-technical boundaries, building trust and authenticity; Optimize team flow, address issues, and build agile capabilities within the team; Lead continual planning processes, extending beyond product delivery to post-launch support and benefits realization; Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics, engage in effective feedback, and connect day-to-day work with the product vision; Understand and contribute to different phases of product delivery, working with Customer Success and Product Lead for continuous improvement; Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer; Build a close relationship with internal and external key stakeholders and ensure continuous engagement

Requirements

Fluency in English and German; Proven experience in Agile project management, demonstrating successful implementation of methodologies; Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, addressing challenges proactively; Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery; Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels; Strong understanding of technology and its applications, especially in AI/Data Science products; Continuous learning mindset, staying abreast of industry trends in Agile practices; Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment

Nice to have

Successful remote working experience; Agile certification (CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP); Industry experience with distributed teams and AI/Data Science products; Familiarity with the insurance industry
