- Design and development of hydraulic components for hydraulic pump and motor

- Participation in development projects according to company process and guidelines

- Define and implement validation on development test bench according to company standard

- Technical support for other departments (Sales/Purchasing/Manufacturing/Quality) during simultaneous development process and daily work

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in hydraulic engineering or mechanical engineering.; 机械专业（或液压方向）本科以上学历; Experience of fast speed of local product design and validation; 具备面向本地客户需求快速开发与验证经验; Experience of market best practice utilization; 熟悉市场最佳解决方案的应用; Fluent English. German can be a plus.; 英语可作为工作语言，（德语更佳）; >5 years experience of hydraulic pump design and component design, experienced in CAD, Pro/Engineer will be preferred.; 五年以上丰富的液压泵/马达元件设计经验和项目开发经验, 熟练使用各种设计软件; 5, Team work spirit. Willing to take responsibilities, high initiative and good communication skills; 团队合作精神，积极主动，有责任心
