Position Overview

The Senior ELV Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems during the construction phase, ensuring that installations are executed in accordance with the approved design, project specifications, authority requirements, and industry best practices. The role requires extensive experience in theme parks, themed entertainment destinations, attractions, immersive environments, and interior design-focused developments , where ELV systems play a critical role in guest experience, operational functionality, safety, and show integration.

Responsibilities

Supervise the construction and installation of all ELV systems, ensuring compliance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and contract documents.; Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, testing procedures, and technical queries related to ELV systems.; Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.; Coordinate ELV works with architectural, interior design, theming, MEP, structural, attraction vendors, and specialist contractors.; Supervise the implementation of security systems, communications systems, AV systems, show-related systems, and smart building technologies.; Review and monitor the installation of integrated systems within themed environments, show buildings, attractions, museums, retail, hospitality, and entertainment facilities.; Ensure proper coordination between ELV systems and themed elements to maintain the intended guest experience and operational requirements.; Oversee the installation, testing, integration, commissioning, and handover of all ELV systems.; Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), integrated systems testing (IST), and commissioning activities.; Review and assess contractor proposals related to value engineering, constructability, and alternative technical solutions.; Identify and resolve interface issues between ELV, show systems, attractions, special effects systems, and facility infrastructure.; Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and site observations.; Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical recommendations to the Client and project stakeholders.; Support authority inspections, approvals, testing, and project handover activities.
