APM Workforce Australia Team in Inala QLD is looking for a Senior Employment Consultant to join us. This is an opportunity where you can apply your knowledge and experience to support your Business Manager and fellow Employment Consultants. Your work will help enable better lives as you support your team to assist people in finding long term employment.

Responsibilities

Empowering and motivating Employment Consultants; Sharing knowledge through mentoring and coaching; Supporting the team to hit their KPIs; Leading by example; Engaging with own clients to provide tailored Employment services

Requirements

Experience working in Workforce Australia Employment Services industry; Ability to coach, motivate and provide guidance; Ability to establish strong relationships; A creative problem solver who can tackle complex issues as they arise; Must be eligible to work in Australia; Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; Be willing to complete a Criminal History Check; Be able to secure a Working with Children (Blue Card); Experience supporting, leading, or managing others
