Senior Executive, KOL (6 months contract)

The Senior Executive, KOL Planning supports the development of influencer marketing strategies by translating client briefs into data-driven creator recommendations and campaign plans. This role is responsible for research, creator mapping, strategic planning, and preparing client-ready recommendations while working closely with Management, Creative, and Execution teams.

Responsibilities

Develop influencer recommendations aligned to client objectives, target audience, and campaign KPIs; Research creator landscapes, audience insights, competitor activity, and platform trends; Build influencer shortlists based on audience fit, content quality, brand alignment, and performance data; Develop campaign structures including creator tiering, platform mix, deliverables, and rollout plans; Prepare client-facing strategy presentations and recommendation documents; Support campaign ideation with strategic content territories and creator directions; Work closely with the execution team to ensure plans are delivered as approved; Analyse campaign performance and develop post-campaign learnings and recommendations; Maintain creator databases, benchmarking reports, and planning resources.

Requirements

2-4 years' experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social strategy; Strong understanding of Malaysia's creator ecosystem and platform best practices; Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills; Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
