Senior Graphic Designer

Everlane is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. Reporting into the Creative Director, you will help bring the Everlane brand to life across digital, retail, and marketing channels while maintaining a consistent, elevated visual identity.

Responsibilities

Design and produce creative assets across email, website, paid social, digital marketing, packaging, and retail channels; Partner with the Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to develop and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives; Translate creative concepts into polished, customer-facing assets while maintaining brand consistency; Assist in concept development, mood boards, presentations, and campaign planning; Prepare final production-ready files for digital and print applications; Contribute to the evolution of Everlane's visual identity through thoughtful design and creative problem-solving; Stay current on design trends, fashion, culture, and emerging creative technologies

Requirements

5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands; Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital design, typography, layout, and art direction; Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Experience designing for email, web, social media, and performance marketing channels; Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand systems; Experience working within cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
