About the role

We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Finance Consultant to lead the implementation and ongoing support of Finance modules in IFS Cloud.

You will own the Finance workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design; Configure GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets; Drive data migration and financial reconciliation; Support integrations (banking, payroll, external systems); Lead SIT, UAT, and Go-Live cutover activities; Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement post Go-Live; Engage senior stakeholders and lead the Finance workstream

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or related field; 7+ years ERP Finance consulting experience; Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud; Strong knowledge of IFRS and finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R); Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and Go-Live support; Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills; Relevant IFS certifications preferred; The role involves travel to customer sites to support client engagements, project delivery, stakeholder meetings, and other business requirements. Candidates must be willing and able to travel internationally as required by the role.
