Senior Manager, Onboarding & Growth

Talkiatry's Clinical Operations team owns the operating model that helps each clinician move from hire to day-one readiness, build a sustainable caseload, and succeed through the early ramp period. The Senior Manager, Clinician Onboarding and Success leads the day-to-day operations and ongoing redesign of this journey. This is a hybrid, hands-on role for an analytical operator who improves workflows with data, AI, automation, and practical tooling. Talkiatry is the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., with 750+ psychiatrists, 250+ therapists, and more than two million patient visits delivered nationwide.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operations and run day-to-day workflows; Maintain operating rhythms, service levels, ownership, and escalation paths; Predict and monitor success metrics, improving dashboards, signals, and decision tools; Monitor leading indicators, identify risks early, and turn data into actions for cross-functional teams; Activate proactive levers using insights on clinician supply and patient demand to inform hiring, targeted marketing, and capacity planning; Trigger real-time interventions by building playbooks, decision rules, and escalation paths; Redesign the end-to-end operating model by moving program support to a technology-enabled workflow using AI, automation, and better tooling; Partner across Clinical, Operations, Data, Product, Engineering, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing to remove blockers and recover clinician performance

Requirements

SQL experience required; 4-6+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, implementation, or a related field; Quantitative and rigorous, fluent with metrics, dashboards, and spreadsheets; Able to define leading and lagging indicators and turn analysis into operating decisions; Able to map end-to-end processes, diagnose breakdowns, and redesign workflows; Practical automation and AI fluency, including AI and no-code or low-code tools; Able to write clear requirements and partner with Data, Product, and Engineering; Cross-functional operator who aligns teams that do not report to them; Motivated by the mission of improving mental health care

Nice to have

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment; Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company that has demonstrated scale
