Senior Manager, Tax and Accounting

Responsibilities

Lead and review complex tax, audit, and accounting engagements; Build strong client relationships and provide strategic business guidance; Mentor and develop high-performing accounting professionals; Drive operational improvements and support firm growth initiatives; Ensure compliance with tax laws, auditing standards, and professional best practices

Requirements

CPA required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience; Strong leadership, client management, and technical accounting skills; Experience managing engagements and developing teams

Nice to have

Experience with QuickBooks, UltraTax, and AdvanceFlow preferred
