Experience

• Minimum 5 years working experience with some supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Manage and ensure seamless operation efficiency on multi trade assignment • Work closely with the users on their requirements and PRs; Ensure specs are verified/clarified prior to processing user PRs; Prepare & justify BAW, and ensure it is in compliance with procurement's P&P; Follow through and monitor the whole process of PR/BAW/PO/Goods Received • Formulate base case analysis & summary creation; Create & verity product specification database; Create and maintain vendor database analysis and summary

Requirements

Degree in a related field of study preferred; Preferably a member of institute of Purchasing and Supply or Institute of Supply Management; Hotel, Hospitality or Retail procurement exposure an advantage; Knowledge in Microsoft Office; SAP exposure preferred; Basic business sense and mathematical logic
