Requirements

Experience with FMEA, Control Plan, CPK, CMK, and MSA; 具备FMEA、Control Plan、CPK、CMK及MSA相关经验; Proficient in applying quality tools (e.g. 8D) to solve manufacturing quality issues,; especially in armature production lines; 熟练运用质量工具（如8D）解决制造质量问题，尤其是电枢产线质量问题; Strong project management capability; 具备较强的项目管理能力; Good coordination, communication, and presentation skills; 具备良好的沟通协调及表达能力; Drive base motor outsourcing initiatives; 推进基础电机外包项目; Support internal driver production activities; 支持内部驱动器生产相关工作; Plan and coordinate global delivery of products and services from China; 规划并协调中国产品及服务的全球交付工
