Requirements

Typically 5 to 8 years in product design, with a track record of owning problems end to end and influencing direction at a team level; Problem definition: shape the problem, not just the pixels; Visual craft: typography, spacing, colour, motion and micro-interactions used with intent; Accessibility: design inclusively; Systems thinking across surfaces including AI-native interfaces; Product and commercial sense; Clear, specific, opinionated communication; Working in the open and using critique; LLMs are already embedded in your workflow; Prototype in tools like Claude Code and Cursor to test ideas in real code; Work end to end from problem definition and research to information architecture and UX writing; Conduct your own research and usability testing; Set up A/B tests and read them honestly; UX writing in a regulated market; Portfolio showing problem solving that moved a commercial lever; Applications without a portfolio will not be considered; Patient-first mindset; Collaborative creation; Curiosity
