Senior Product Manager - Cybersecurity & AI

This role sits squarely at the intersection of Cybersecurity and AI. We are looking for a hands-on, builder-minded AI Senior Product Manager to lead a high-stakes, 0-to-1 initiative. This is a rare opportunity to operate with the agility and autonomy of a startup founder while leveraging the massive datasets, engineering resources, and established market presence of an industry leader. You will be responsible for building a net-new product from the ground up - translating raw technical concepts into production-grade reality. We are looking for an entrepreneurial builder who thrives in ambiguity and is obsessed with rapid iteration and technical depth. This is not a role for a traditional project manager. You must be a hands-on owner who brings strong, opinionated perspectives formed by real-world technical experience. You will own product initiatives from deep problem discovery through engineering execution, validating and shipping products that security practitioners rely on every day.

Responsibilities

Drive 0-to-1 Cybersecurity & AI Products End-to-End: operate with a founder's mentality, own the product lifecycle from discovery to release, frame ambiguous opportunities into scoped milestones, and act as a hands-on builder; Build Practical, Production-Grade Capabilities for Security: identify leverage points in security workflows where AI can unlock improvements, harness AI agentic frameworks, and ship reliable, predictable security features in production; Partner Deeply with Engineering & Security Experts: work daily with tech leads, AI engineers, security analysts, and designers, inspect raw logs and system architectures, and challenge unnecessary technical complexity; Own UX & Product Quality for Technical Users: maintain an exceptionally high bar for product quality, abstract dense technical data into intuitive workflows, monitor usage metrics, and rapidly iterate; Stay Connected to Technical Customers: engage with security practitioners, DevOps, and SREs to uncover friction points and translate feedback into prioritized product roadmaps

Requirements

Extensive Product Management Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS, specifically leading 0-to-1 product units, with an entrepreneurial, founder-level mindset; Practical AI Application: experience harnessing LLMs, RAG, or AI agents to solve real-world problems, translating model strengths and limitations into practical UX decisions; Non-Negotiable Cybersecurity Mastery: deep, hands-on technical mastery of how vulnerabilities and exploits work at a code and infrastructure level, comfortable inspecting raw logs, reviewing API structures, and debating technical tradeoffs with engineers; Builder Mindset: strong ownership instincts, care about execution speed, customer impact, and shipping high-quality software end-to-end; Outcome-Driven Impact: focus on delivering tangible value to users, simplifying complex technical data into immediate, actionable outcomes; Clear Communication & Influence: concise, high-signal written and verbal communication style, with ability to influence others without direct authority

Deep Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience with SIEM, or cybersecurity workflows; Ex-Engineer / Security Background: Prior experience as a Software Engineer, Security Analyst, DevOps Engineer, or System Architect; 0-to-1 AI Production Track Record: Experience taking an AI capability from early concept/POC to enterprise-grade production; Inbound Passion: Active user, tinkerer, or follower of the modern AI and cybersecurity tooling ecosystems
