Senior Product Manager, Employer Experience

Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our Employer Experience team, the team responsible for building our employer-facing benefit experience. This role owns both the external-facing experience and internal systems and tools that support how Garner’s employer clients interact with and experience the Garner benefit.

Responsibilities

Own Garner’s external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal; Drive development of internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable teams across Garner to perform analytics based on Garner’s membership and revenue; Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or financial product end-to-end; Strong systems thinking and detail orientation; Strong technical background, with experience owning financial or data systems at scale; Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders; Deep AI fluency, using AI daily to run analyses, build prototypes, and automate workflows; A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
