Senior Product Manager, Forward Deployed

CertifyOS is building the data infrastructure that powers modern healthcare. Its API-first platform automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring by connecting directly to hundreds of primary data sources. The Forward Deployed Product Manager will discover, build, and scale new businesses, working closely with Sales and customers to find valuable problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and turn the strongest opportunities into products customers buy and use.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and customers to identify emerging opportunities; Develop a point of view on which opportunities to pursue, testing willingness to pay, market demand, pricing, cost to serve, and expansion potential; Define what must be learned before increasing investment and decide which ideas to iterate, scale, or stop; Work directly with customers to understand workflows and translate that understanding into solutions they can try; Use AI coding tools and agentic systems to build working prototypes and test workflows with realistic data; Partner with Sales to make new offerings tangible through demonstrations and early customer engagements; Stay accountable from first experiment through delivery, adoption, and expansion; Make tradeoffs between early customer needs and broader product opportunities; Bring technical judgment to agentic products, including tool and API integration, evaluations, human review, permissions, and failure handling; Shape the offering and launch with commercial teams, including positioning, packaging, pricing, and implementation; Measure customer value and business results, including adoption, time saved, operational quality, revenue, expansion, and margin

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, or founder experience with comparable ownership, in SaaS, healthtech, or another complex software business; Practical fluency in AI and agentic systems; Experience using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to build and test ideas; Examples of working prototypes or products helped deliver; Strong product judgment and the instincts of a business builder; Ability to earn trust with customers and Sales and ask sharp questions; Ability to work well with engineers and move between customer conversations, workflow details, technical tradeoffs, and business cases; Curious, experimental, and comfortable with uncertainty; Has taken an ambiguous opportunity from discovery to a shipped product
