Senior Product Manager

At WPP/DTA, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic direction and continuous improvement of our cutting-edge automation and planning tools. As our Senior Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, user needs, and technical development. You will transform complex marketing challenges into smart, scalable product solutions that deliver measurable business results for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Responsibilities

Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog; Translate business needs and user requirements into detailed user stories; Act as the central hub and primary liaison between business stakeholders; Collaborate daily with engineering and data science teams to guide technical development; Work with the Product Development Director and Sr. Director Product Portfolio to align on product strategy, roadmap, and commercial ROI; Guide key existing products and automation solutions (such as Opticurves and AV Planning tool) from concept to launch and through future iterations

Requirements

Solid track record in managing technical products; 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar Agile/Scrum role; Deep curiosity for technology, AI, data-driven solutions, and the modern marketing ecosystem; Strong business sense with ability to turn product features into commercial value and ROI; Strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and technical development teams; Fluency in both English and Dutch

Nice to have

Proven experience managing media-related products, automation software, planning tools, or data analytics solutions
