Senior Programmatic Manager (Mensch) Automotive

WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalisation at scale. As a Senior Programmatic Manager, you are responsible for both the further development of programmatic activities and their operational implementation for our clients.

Responsibilities

Regularly analyze campaign results and derive appropriate optimization measures; Apply existing best practices and collaboratively evolve them with the team; Monitor ongoing campaigns within multiple DSPs and ensure properly configured and continuously optimized setups; Contribute to the selection of suitable target audiences, technologies, and inventory for programmatic buying; Explain strategy to relevant stakeholders in an intelligible way; Optimize programmatic media buying with relevant KPIs in focus to reliably achieve agreed-upon performance targets; Work closely with specialist teams and external partners in an international environment; Lead a small team of experts and ensure knowledge transfer within the team

Requirements

University degree with a focus on Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable education; More than 3-4 years of professional experience in online marketing; Practical experience with the digital media landscape (DSPs, Data, Inventories, Ad- & Audience-Verification technologies); Curiosity and eagerness to learn, staying up to date in the programmatic field; Strong organizational skills in Excel and PowerPoint to present complex information; Confident communication in both German and English; Teamplayer; Communicative; Solution-oriented
