Responsibilities

Produce compelling thought leadership through topical reports, quarterly market updates, and strategic analysis that positions JLL as the authority on hotel market trends; Support our Hotels & Hospitality Capital Markets and VARA teams by delivering insights that directly inform client investment strategies and business decisions; Deliver high-impact industry presentation materials that elevate JLL's profile and showcase JLL’s expertise to key market participants; Produce and contribute press releases to generate media coverage; Build and maintain comprehensive datasets tracking the Australasian hotels and hospitality market, ensuring our intelligence foundation remains best-in-class; Work closely with APAC and global research colleagues to provide Australian market context and contribute to regional research initiatives; Present directly to major investors, developers, and lenders, translating complex market data into actionable investment insights

Requirements

3+ years of relevant corporate experience with demonstrated analytical capability; Undergraduate degree in Property, Economics, Commerce, or analytical disciplines highly valued; Strong presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences; Advanced data analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work under tight deadlines; Committed to delivering exceptional service to internal teams and external clients while continuously enhancing our research offering; Natural team player who thrives working across Capital Markets and VARA platforms to drive successful client outcomes; Genuinely motivated by continuous improvement with enthusiasm for exploring diverse markets across Australasia and expanding your expertise
