Senior Revenue Management Analyst

7-Eleven is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Revenue Management Analyst to drive enterprise-level SRM initiatives using advanced analytics tools. This role is critical in shaping and leading strategies that maximize profitability, enhance competitive positioning, and deliver value across our vast retail network. The SRM team's mission is to drive world-class revenue management practices through the organization. You will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Merchandise to drive change and growth through a balanced approach of promotions and price/offer pack architecture (PPA). As an SRM Analyst, you will be a critical partner in guiding the development, execution, and enablement of both foundational and industry-leading data, tools, reports, models, and processes that support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise-level SRM initiatives using advanced analytics tools; Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Merchandise to drive change and growth through promotions and price/offer pack architecture (PPA); Guide the development, execution, and enablement of data, tools, reports, models, and processes supporting growth objectives; Listen to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into recommendations; Facilitate discovery and design sprints to gain end user perspective and feedback; Make final decisions on product contents and prioritization; Bring the product to life end-to-end, with full support and enablement for end users; Ensure recommendations are accurate and reliable; Support SRM Analytics in largest revenue driving and complex categories with business stakeholders; Lead strategic communications across Merch/Marketing/Support on assigned categories; Turn tools and data into actionable stories for decision-making; Understand business drivers and KPIs and how SRM levers impact them; Provide holistic, end-to-end view of challenges and opportunities to implement and improve SRM capabilities across divisions; Determine which data is relevant to create actionable and measurable insights; Identify opportunities and be accountable for initiative execution; Stay abreast of new developments in the field and pivot strategies as necessary

Requirements

Bachelor's/4 year degree; 5+ years of relevant work experience; Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and assist in decision-making through data storytelling; Effective written and verbal communication and influence skills with internal and external stakeholders; Ability to embrace and lead Change Management in complex business environment; Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy; Results-focused with the ability to take initiative and ownership

Nice to have

Proficiency in BI/visualization software, i.e., Power BI; Experience working with Price/Promo AI solutions; Experience working with external syndicated sales, consumer data, and internal financial data; A proficient understanding of data architecture, data lake and cloud systems, and data management structures; A high-level understanding of modeling concepts, techniques, and methods (elasticity, clustering, etc); Retail, consumer goods, or convenience industry experience strongly preferred; Strong track record in analytic acumen with understanding of end-to-end processes from planning to execution
