Responsibilities

Act as the functional and technical expert in customer engagements, ensuring solutions align with best practices and deliver measurable outcomes.; Participate in workshops with clients to assess current processes and define future-state solutions.; Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on technical architecture and leading standards.; Develop custom solutions through scripting and application development.; Prepare technical documentation as required by client contracts and internal standards.; Maintain expertise in key ServiceNow modules: ITSM , ITOM , HAM , SAM , CSM , FSM , HRSD , ERM , and industry-specific offerings (Telecom, Financial Services, etc.).; Ensure clear communication and coordination between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or related field.; Fluent in English and capable of engaging colleagues and clients alike.; 5+ years implementing ServiceNow solutions, including customer-facing roles.; Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core capabilities, including ITSM and at least one of: ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, ERM, FSM.; Industry expertise in one or more domains: Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Procurement , etc.; Understanding of integrations, data models, and process automation , with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.; Proficiency in JavaScript and scripting for custom development.; Excellent interpersonal skills: leadership, communication, negotiation, attention to detail, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving.; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.; Strong presentation skills.; Certifications (Mandatory):; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD); ITIL Certification (Project Management Certification is a plus)
