Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As our Senior Site Reliability Engineer II, you'll step up as the ultimate guardian of reliability across our critical product domains and services. You will architect high-performing platforms, turn complex systems into resilient superpowers, and collaborate directly with engineering leaders to set bulletproof standards. By keeping our systems seamlessly scalable, you directly power the AI-driven learning experiences used by millions around the globe.

Responsibilities

Partner with engineering teams to set reliability objectives (SLIs/SLOs) and build long-term reliability roadmaps for core services; lead cross-service incident responses during critical outages; drive company-wide adoption of reliability patterns, deployment safety capabilities, and infrastructure scalability; build and refine advanced observability tools to catch issues before they reach production; influence product design and system architecture to balance feature velocity and reliability; mentor senior engineers, elevate best practices, and play a role in recruiting talent to the SRE organization

Requirements

6–10 years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience; hands-on mastery of complex distributed systems; command of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code; craft clean, high-performing code in at least one major language; automation of repetitive tasks; proven track record of steering large-scale incident management and driving high-impact reliability programs; ability to communicate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams

Nice to have

Advanced experience designing self-healing infrastructure patterns and zero-downtime deployment pipelines; prior history scaling multi-tenant SaaS environments in rapid-growth markets
