Responsibilities

Code, test, analyze and review code for accuracy, functionality, performance, and security; Drive the Software Development Life Cycle, defining sprint goals, ensuring operational stability, and leading product launches; Provide Technical Leadership and mentoring other engineers with technical competence; Communicate strategic technical plans and solutions to stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and clients; Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other teams to align technical solutions with business and regulatory objectives; Document architectural designs, create developer guides, and ensure knowledge transfer through comprehensive documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field or foreign equivalent; 7 years of experience working as a Java developer; 6 years of experience in Java Enterprise software development; 5 years of experience in Java and JVM memory and performance tuning, with mastery of Lambdas, Generics, and data structures such as Map, List, Set; 5 years of experience in Spring Framework or equivalent; 5 years of experience in commonly used Design Patterns and advanced algorithm design for high-throughput systems; 4 years of experience in concurrent programming (e.g., Actor Model, Java CompletableFuture, thread pool Executors) for real-time transaction systems; 4 years of experience in Hibernate or equivalent JPA frameworks, optimizing query performance; 4 years of experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra or MongoDB); 2 years of experience ensuring compliance in software development; 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams or mentoring engineers in a fintech environment
