Senior Solutions Consultant

Braze is looking to hire a Senior Solutions Consultant for its Media, Entertainment, Gaming and Sports (MEGS) segment, servicing the Americas book of business. The Senior Solutions Consultant is a critical member of the Solutions Consulting team, acting as a technical thought leader across the MEGS vertical and serving as a mentor to Solutions Consultants. The role is based in the New York City office with hybrid work (#LI-Hybrid) and requires some travel, at most 50% at peak times.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process; bring product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to sales conversations; build pre-sales foundations for long-term partnership between Braze and customers; serve as a technical thought leader across the MEGS vertical, customer types, and geographic markets; position new BrazeAI capabilities (AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents, and more) to sophisticated customers; partner with Braze's sales, marketing, security, and product teams; mentor Solutions Consultants on your team; travel up to 50% at peak times

Requirements

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; strong follow-up skills; team player; high level of intellectual curiosity; experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team; domain knowledge of two or more of: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML); experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success
