Senior Surveyor Offshore or Dredging

We are looking for experienced surveyors who are ready to take the next step in their career. Depending on your experience and development stage, you will either take on a leadership role within a survey team or be supported in developing towards a position as Survey Party Chief (for Offshore) or Chief Surveyor (for Dredging).

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform survey activities onboard vessels and project sites; Deliver accurate survey data and project deliverables; Support and mentor less experienced surveyors; Maintain high safety and quality standards; Work with advanced survey technologies and software

Requirements

3+ years of experience in offshore, hydrographic, dredging or marine surveying; Experience with industry-standard survey software such as Qinsy, BeamworX or EIVA; Practical experience with multibeam, GNSS, acoustic positioning and survey data processing; A practical, solution oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills; Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level); An EU passport due to project locations and visa requirements; Excited to work abroad; Business Orientation; Motivating Others; Willing to travel within Europe, Middle East, Far East on a fairly regular basis; Willing to work on rotation schedule: 1:1 for offshore and 6:4 for land based projects
