Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter - Berlin (f/m/x)

Eye Security provides cybersecurity and embedded cyber insurance solutions for organizations across Europe. Headquartered in the Netherlands, with offices in Berlin, we’ve grown to over 190 employees and continue to expand internationally following our recent Series C funding round. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/x), you’ll join Eye Security at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across Europe. This is more than a recruitment role. It’s an opportunity to help build and scale a Talent Acquisition function that acts as a true strategic partner to the business. We believe in quality over quantity. You’ll partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to solve hiring challenges, bring structure to ambiguity, challenge assumptions when needed, and continuously raise the bar, not only in who we hire, but in how we hire. This is a hybrid role based in our Berlin office.

Responsibilities

Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape hiring strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process; Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience; Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops; Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels; Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously optimize recruitment performance; Take ownership of Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, such as employer branding, recruitment operations, hiring manager enablement, recruiting events, and process improvements.
