Service Sales Manager

Build Customer Relationships and Grow Service Business as a Service Sales Manager. In this position, you will work closely with customers in the process industry, develop long-term relationships, and identify new service opportunities that improve plant reliability, safety, and performance. You will be an important part of our Nordic service organization, helping customers get the most out of their installed valve base while contributing to the continued growth of our service business. Flexible location within Sweden, preferably in Northern Sweden.

Responsibilities

Drive service sales activities across Sweden, with a primary focus on customers in the northern parts of the country; Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities to support their reliability and performance goals; Collaborate closely with the service organization and authorized service partners to expand service presence and strengthen customer support; Promote and sell maintenance, repair, and operational services, and develop opportunities for long-term service agreements; Act as a trusted partner to customers, understanding their business needs and translating them into value-adding service solutions

Requirements

Technical background within the process industry; Customer-focused and skilled at building long-term customer relationships and identifying business opportunities; Valid driver's license; Communicate confidently in Swedish and English; Willingness and ability to travel and actively visit customers

Nice to have

Experience in valve technology, flow control solutions, or the process industry; Experience from valves, maintenance services, or process industries; Strong understanding of industrial service business
