ServiceNow Tech Lead

Responsibilities

Develop quality software and web applications; Analyze and maintain existing software applications; Design highly scalable, testable code; Discover and fix programming bugs; 3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc); Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts; Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services; Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues; Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed; Participate in SCRUM calls; Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills; Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience; Proficient in scripting and integrations on ServiceNow; Experience leading ITOM implementations; Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps; Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously; Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
