Responsibilities

Managing settlement and reconciliation processes to ensure transactions are accurately processed and completed within established deadlines.; Investigating and resolving exceptions, discrepancies, and unmatched transactions.; Performing both automated and manual reconciliation activities across multiple systems and data sources.; Monitoring data quality and ensuring the integrity of operational and financial information.; Producing operational reports and providing insights to support decision-making and issue resolution.; Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Sales, Client Services, and other business functions.; Supporting the resolution of operational incidents and ensuring timely escalation when necessary.; Maintaining compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.; Contributing to audit activities by ensuring proper documentation and process transparency.; Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

Previous experience in Settlements, Reconciliations, Trade Operations, Back Office, or Financial Services Operations.; Strong understanding of transaction processing and operational controls.; Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.; A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.; Familiarity with financial markets, trade lifecycle concepts, or settlement platforms is considered a strong advantage.; Experience working with financial systems and operational tools.; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.; The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform under tight deadlines.; Fluency in English (written and spoken).
