Responsibilities

Receive and dispatch drivers; Perform various SAP functions and utilize MS Office and other systems; Provide general clerical support to department; Perform varied administrative/clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures including compiling and arranging data, marking standard computations, processing and coding documents, maintaining records and files; Perform a variety of functions involved with shipping; Occasionally may be back-up for Forklift Drivers (will be Forklift Certified) and should have 1 year of Forklift experience

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution; Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment; Minimum1 year of experience working with computers/data entry; Ability to read, write and speak English

Nice to have

Experience with the administration of shipping execution; Microsoft Office (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point); SAP Logistics execution experience; Experience with transportation company driver interaction
