Site Reliability Engineer Intern

We are currently accepting credit-bearing internship applications for H1 2027 (Dec 2026/Jan 2027 to May/June 2027).

Responsibilities

Assist in ensuring system reliability through monitoring, automation, and incident response; Contribute to the development of scalable infrastructure using best practices; Leverage AI-driven and agentic workflows to automate infrastructure operations, intelligent remediation, and system optimization; Support the creation and maintenance of tools for deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency; Actively participate and contribute to engineering team discussions

Requirements

Fresh graduates or students pursuing Bachelor's degree program or above who are in 3rd or 4th year; Has excellent knowledge of Software Engineering fundamentals (Data Structure, Algorithms); Good understanding of networking, Docker, GitOps and Kubernetes; Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, C#, Objective-C, Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.); Experience with scripting (e.g. Shell/Python); Experience with AWS, Postgres and Linux fundamentals; Is a self-starter, independent and communicative; AI Competency: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale; Minimum commitment period of 6 months, full-time
