As a Skill-up Process Technician at the BMW Group Factory in Debrecen, you will have the opportunity to join us with an electrical qualification but no industrial experience, and after training you will become part of the technician team.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 8-week training program to learn the basics of the industrial environment; After successful exam, join the process technician team; Play a major role in setup and operation of a highly automated production line equipped with robots; Participate in executing maintenance tasks as part of a team of 6-8 members; Ensure production equipment runs continuously by performing inspections and regular servicing tasks; Collaborate with production team leaders and maintenance technicians to maintain equipment, eliminate malfunctions, identify and resolve production process issues; Monitor PLC programs, robots, and conveyor systems and intervene when necessary to ensure optimized production

Requirements

Secondary-level qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, or mechatronics; Experience using electrical expertise outside of an industrial environment or recent graduate wanting to start career; Willingness to work in multiple or rotating shifts; Native Hungarian speaker; no foreign language skills required; Strong attention to detail, structured problem analysis, ability to work independently and responsibly as part of a team; Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, openness to continuous self-development; Ability to stay calm under pressure, analyze challenging situations calmly, and find effective solutions
