Responsibilities

Support the planning and coordination of packaging materials within logistics operations; Assist in tracking packaging material orders, deliveries, and related processes; Support data collection, reporting, and documentation activities; Contribute to process improvement and efficiency projects within logistics; Monitor operational data and help identify improvement opportunities; Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth daily logistics operations

Requirements

3rd-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Very good command of English and German or Spanish.; Proficient in MS Office tools , especially Excel; Strong organizational and coordination skills; Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn; Good communication and teamwork skills; Ability to manage priorities and follow up on tasks effectively
