Role Mission
As an Influencer Marketing Trainee, you will support the team in executing high-impact influencer campaigns and learning the ins and outs of influencer marketing in a fast-paced, international agency environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally within a leading creative agency.

Requirements

Key responsibilities; Assist in researching influencers aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.; Support influencer outreach and communication, ensuring timely responses and coordination.; Help monitor campaign progress and gather deliverables for client reporting.; Participate in competitive and trend analysis within the beauty and lifestyle sectors.; Aid in organizing internal documentation, databases, and team assets.; Attend brainstorming and creative meetings, offering fresh, Gen-Z-aligned insights.; Skills & experience; Recent graduate or final-year student in marketing, communications, or related fields.; Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and content trends, and familiarity with platforms like TikTok and Instagram.; Strong organizational and communication skills.; Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team setting.; Profesional level in English; Benefits; Work your way — Flexible schedule, hybrid work, and the opportunity to work up to 3 weeks a year from any SAMY office around the world.; Time that matters — Celebrate your birthday with a day off, plus company holidays on December 24th and 31st to recharge.; The SAMY Mindset; Forget the job description for a second.
