Social Media Manager

We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar, to manage the day-to-day execution of the social media strategy and coordinate both internal and external teams involved in corresponding project activities.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the social media strategy, acting as the bridge between the brand's business objectives and its audience (B2B and B2C communications); Develop and manage content calendars, continuously optimizing them based on performance and emerging trends; Create creative assets for multiple platforms in collaboration with the design team and external contractors; write post copy independently and in partnership with copywriters; Coordinate content publishing, community moderation, and basic performance analytics; Manage work with freelancers and external vendors, preparing detailed creative briefs and ensuring timely project delivery; Monitor key KPIs, tracked performance metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights; Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams to align social media initiatives with business and product objectives

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, either in-house or at an agency, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable results and case studies; Strong understanding of key social media metrics such as ER, CTR, Reach, and other performance indicators, with the ability to prepare analytical reports; Fluent in English; Solid understanding of the specifics of different social media platforms, including content formats and user behavior; Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills; Familiarity with modern AI tools and their practical applications in content creation and marketing workflows
