Software Developer - Backend

As a Software Developer, you will contribute to the development of robust and scalable backend services. You’ll work with modern technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will design and develop backend components that form the backbone of our digital products, using Java and Spring Boot as your primary toolkit. You will implement and maintain well-structured RESTful APIs, following best practices in API design to ensure reliability, clarity, and long-term maintainability. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle—from ideation and implementation to testing and deployment—taking ownership of clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Working closely with our frontend, DevOps, and QA teams, you will help ensure seamless integration across our systems and contribute to delivering a smooth, high-quality user experience. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, you will participate in code reviews, share ideas, and help us evolve our engineering practices. Responsibilities

Design and develop backend components using Java and Spring Boot; Implement and maintain well-structured RESTful APIs following best practices in API design; Be involved in the full software development lifecycle from ideation and implementation to testing and deployment; Take ownership of clean, efficient, and maintainable code; Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration; Participate in code reviews, share ideas, and help evolve engineering practices

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in backend development; Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field; Confident working with Java, Spring Boot, and modern API design principles; Strong problem-solving abilities; Clear communication; Collaborative mindset; High level of quality awareness; Comfortable working independently as well as in cross-functional teams
